All the small nuances and seeming omniscience that Bowie planted into the music make for an incredibly emotional and heavy listen. ![]() ![]() The sound of a legend facing his inevitable demise, knowing that his legacy is at an end he was able to tie up all the loose ends in his career, and he did so in a way that only he could. Listening to this album on the day it was released, and again on January 11, is a completely different experience.
